I have dreamed of being a chef since I was a small child. when I was 16 I got an apprenticeship as a chef at the axe and compass in wolvey.
Since then I have worked in many different places doing all kinds of food from salads and buffets to a la cart menus. All the time working though qualifications to achieve my level 3 management in hospitality and catering and more. Since then I have dreamed of owning my own business.
About 4 years ago I got into cake decorating and have taught myself though reading books and just experimenting. Dreaming of doing this for a job I decided to set up a mobile catering business combining all I love doing. Its taken me a few years to get there but I am so proud of myself for finally getting there. I feel all I have worked for I have achieved so take loads of pride in what I do as you can see from my photos throughout my site.
Having years of experience helping people organise functions weddings and charity events I have combined all my knowledge and talent in to my business so I don’t just do the food and cakes, I will also plan your event down to the last detail, sorting entertainment and decorations out. In my business I aim to be the best and will adhere to all your needs accommodating all tastes and requirements.
So I truly am the one stop shop for your event.
